I needed to cancel an order at the last second since I had left town and would not be able to receive the package. Cecilia went above and beyond and managed to contact the Pharmacy, cancel the order, refund my order, and delay my next order so I would lose money on a product I could not use. Fantastic service!

I wanted to change my current prescription for my Happy Head formulation. Angelica assisted me with updating the subscription and since my original subscription had just renewed, she was able to retroactively use the new formulation for my order on process. Excellent from start to finish!!

A lot of these reviews are about Customer Service and more I’m not interested in that right now. I want to find out if the product works. Again does it work? That’s the most important thing too of course getting the product delivered is important I know.!!
