It should be illegal to make a cancelation process so difficult. Don’t even bother trying to cancel on the website, you’ll have to fill out a bunch of forms via an ai chat bot, then the ai chat bot will inform you have to call to cancel. When you call you will be asked all the same form questions again. Hopefully the government will start going after these instagram first companies like they did adobe.

Product actually works. It’s a first for me. Going into 6th month. My bald spot has gotten smaller. Happy so far.

Support and customer service are very responsive. The only thing that takes one star away was that less than a month into my using a topical solution I received numerous annoying invitations to recommend the product. After the documentation says it will take 6-12 months to see the full results. Quirky, but not a deal breaker, obviously.
