Happy head is an amazing brand with an amazing product. The customer service representative, Pierre, was very accommodating to my needs and just made me feel valued. I really felt that he was rooting for me in my hair restoration journey and I couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you Happy Head

Happy head is a great product. I've only been using it for a couple of months but can already see results. My hair is looking and getting fuller. It became a little pricey at a time that I needed to cut expenses. Instead of completely canceling Kameron offered me several options to keep from having to outright cancel my subscription. When I called I requested a call back and he called back in less than 2 minutes

Products have been effective and the customer service has been outstanding. Having a regional representative to speak with, Julia, has been a good experience and something that is important to me. She is personable and helpful. Happy Head’s website is easy to use and I can check my account easily. Products have helped with shedding and new growth and the monthly emails and info sessions are extremely helpful for related questions….with a human doctor! Overall, I am happy with Happy Head and having a regional rep to call/text is phenomenal customer service in my book and review. Their promotions also help with cost and to try new products for efficacy.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Julia. While speaking with her, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable while speaking about an embarrassing topic for men (baldness) I was previously a customer of Happy Head but had stopped due to a medical reason. That reason is no longer, and if Julia didn’t cold call me opening another dialogue with Happy Head, I would not have returned as a customer. I’m glad she was the one on the other end of the phone!

Had a problem with my delivery schedule. I called the day prior notifying them that my account had been charged when I had delayed my delivery for two months. My problem has been resolved. The nice representative did a great job on rectifying everything. I will continue to be a happy head customer.

They try to make it impossible to quit. There is no "Cancel Subscription" button. If you sign up, get ready for (what they hope to be) a lifetime commitment. Canceling with them involves long conversations with a chatbot (which will continuously offer you discounts instead of honoring your request to cancel) until eventually you're given a number to call, where some poor schmuck is paid minimum wage to offer you the exact same discounts the chatbot offered. This is a shameful and shady business.

I was needing to change my address and delivery location for my current shipment. Raian B was extremely helpful with this situation and was able to ship my package to my new address. Customer Service is extremely helpful!
