Very Shady - Impossible to Cancel

Impossible to cancel! I have reported them to the FTC for this. I wanted to cancel but there was no way via the website (you know, the place where I initially signed up). So I requested live help online. I had to argue for almost an hour to get a cancellation. I also asked for a refund on the order that was “confirmed” that day. I was told by Shinneth C. That they don’t give refunds, that’s their policy. But Shinneth, as a courtesy, would decrease the price to the introductory offer, and charge me $18 vs $55. So I got the refund of $36, but never got the shampoo. I guess I paid $18 to cancel. That seems really shady and unethical. Edited to add: in response to happy head’s reply (which is the same canned response they give to everyone who complains) there are NOT multiple ways to cancel. It is difficult to cancel. And they essentially charged me $18 to cancel. I stand by my assessment - they are shady and unethical.

The prescribed Happy Head formula REALLY WORKS!!

I have tried the prescribed Happy Head topical formula and it really works. After five months of daily application per Happy Head Doctor's indications, I saw amazingly my hair regrowth. It is such a great feeling seeing that and also I feel thankful to Happy Head for the great product and care.

What a phenomenal company

I've been using Happy Heads since fall of 2022. The product is amazing. As backstory- I'm a 50 yr old male and in my mid 40's, I started experiencing hair loss that was out of control. I stumbled across Happy Heads on Instagram and it's changed my life. My hair has been restored about 90% of what I lost and I couldn't be happier. When I first started using Happy Heads, I decided NOT to tell anyone and to see what would happen. After 9 months or so of disciplined use (not missing one day) I had family and coworkers randomly ask me if I was painting my scalp or wearing a toupee- ha! When results started to manifest, my self confidence massively increased. I wanted to leave this review to tell you this company has stellar customer service. I recently had an issue with the pharmacy that compounds this formula and I wasn't receiving the right quantity in my orders. I reached out to Happy Heads and got Alexander. Alexander went above and beyond to help my situation. He answered every question I had and when I hung up, I felt assured and safe knowing he was handling my case. His follow up communication of both email and phone was terrific. When a company like this has a great product and also a great staff- it's like a compounded formula (pun intended) of excellence in business. If this industry handed out academy awards, Alexander would sweep and win every category he was nominated in- BEST customer service, BEST product knowledge and BEST communication- Thanks Happy Heads!

The finasteride/monoxidil did not work…

The finasteride/monoxidil did not work any better than generic topical minoxidil for me so I sent a message asking if there was anything else to try and I received a canned message along the lines of 'your health is very important to us a doctor will review your message and get back to you. That was 2 months ago, so I tried to cancel my account and HappyHead has no options to cancel your account and the 'live' help simply gives a link to 'subscription settings' that again had no option to cancel. I had to call my CC company to block their charges since they do not have a way to cancel. Just buy minoxidil at Target, it's much cheaper and works the same and you won't have to deal with scammy subscription practices.

What a terrible predatory company

What a terrible predatory company. Cannot cancel subscriptions online. Attempt to do so and they basically refuse. After I cancelled the again auto-renewed my subscription. After 2 hours on the phone they again tried to not cancel. What a terrible company.
