The customer service is outstanding!

I’ve been using Happy Head (HH) for one year and 3 months. So far it’s been a game changer for me. I’ve started using the HH serum and so far so good. The product is a little expensive but I guess it’s all worth it if I’m getting positive result.

Fast, accurate service.

I have had a great experience with Happy Head. I have tried other products and they irritated my scalp. I have been using the "Topical Finasteride & Minoxidil" for over a year and I can see a dramatic improvement. Once my friends and family started to make comments I knew that the product was working well.

Good customer care

Their compounds are not tested in studies. Who knows what you do when you mix up seven things like retinol and cortisone and finasteride and dutasteide.

Great experience with customer service. Mokhlisa helped me resolve some issues and upgrade to products that are more aligned to what I wanted/needed.

Happy Head ships effective medicine quickly & with friendly customer service. One of my items did not arrive, and another arrived with a broken dropper. They replaced both items immediately with no charge to me. I used to be a customer of a competitor, and Happy Head is better across the board.

Cannot cancel online, even after completing a form with the chat box that they sent me to cancel. I still had to call, wait on hold, listen to them ask me multiple times if I wanted to keep it for this reason or that. Line was only available during the day, so I could not cancel when charged initially. Terrible, unethical practice. This should be outlawed. Never again.
