From first contact with company to…

From first contact with company to consult with dermatologist to product in hand was 5 days. I'll give that a 10/10. I am 68 and been balding since 20s. Dermatologist actually recommended hair transplants but honored my wish to try the topical Dutasteride and Minoxidil. After 2 1/2 months I am seeing real results. Nothing in the past has worked and I have tried just about everything except surgery.

Customer service is the best

Customer service is the best. Not sold on the product as I appear to be stuck in a 6 month shedding period. So overall 4 stars.

Superb support - USPS lost my package

USPS lost my package, but Cecilia from customer support went above and beyond! She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. They promptly sent a replacement, and overall, Happy Head’s support is outstanding.

It works

It works! I had hair loss on a couple of spots due to hair colorings - after 3 months of Happy Head application - I started seeing healthy amount of regrowth. It's now been 4 months and I'm very happy that the bald spots are starting to disappear.

Great products and good customer care

I have been a customer for a few years this product works great and my hair growth has been phenomenal. Recently I think I seem to be having some itching after applying and the service team went out of their way to find a solution for me. Great customer service.
