its almost 6 month now that i been using happy head. Like in 3rd month i seen my hair was growing good but now i am still using that but my new hair that start growing they fell down again and looks like i need to change the formula because my head start bald again and its more visible then before.

There is no way to cancel a subscription through their website, even though they waste your time to fill out a cancellation form just to be told at the end that you have to call them. To cancel, you have take time off work to call them during business hours, wait on hold, and hope that they actually cancel the subscription instead of continuing to bill because you can't really get proof of cancellation over the phone. They also do not allow you to delete a payment method once they get a hold of your card details.

The products are exceptional. I just have to thank you for being part of this incredible experience.

It is extremely rare to have such wonderful staff members come alongside to help navigate through questions and new understandings with professionalism that is steadfast and a willingness to go the extra mile to help. You should be proud of your organization.

I usually don’t like doing the online chat for customer service but this was super easy. Haven’t tried the product yet but the ordering process was simple. Kaela, the customer service rep was excellent.

IMO, Happy Head is the best company on the market -in regards to maintaining one's hair and actually growing more! I've been using for several years and when I started -the loss stopped immediately it seemed and regrowth a bit later, but their results are valid. The key is start before your own hill, in regards to hair loss, are to tall to climb. If you think you are losing your hair but arent sure -you are! Happy Head stopped my loss and after consitent use - i had growth on both crown and sides -but sides slightly less than crown I've noticed. Solid Company with excellent customer service! tx to HH

I was inadvertently subscribed, sent a product I did not ask for and was charged for it 😳 I explained the situation and was unsubscribed and reimbursed No drama no pulling teeth Thank you 😊

I reached out to Happy Head in order to update my existing subscription. The rep (Raian B.) was patient in listening (well, via online chat) to my request and gave me the best possible options to suit my needs. With a lot of direct-to-consumer brands they only give you the illusion of choice/customizability... However, Happy Head has so far truly been a personalized experience. I would also add that I went to a dermatologist who advocated NOT for HappyHead itself but rather for the compounding pharmacy with which they work. This gave me a LOT of trust in the company's product.
