I take one star away on the trust factor because Happy Head doesn't publish their full list of ingredients on their website. It has the key ingredients but not the full label. Any website with a product always makes this readily available, so it causes a trust and transparency issue for me that Happy Head doesn't do this. I spent a lot of time trying to find it then finally contacted Customer Service via chat, and they were able to provide the full list to me. I was very happy with the interaction, but I should have been able to find the information on my own, and this should be published.
