order placed a week ago still not (REALLY) shipped

Well, my order wasn't shipped four days after it was placed, while it was supposed to be delivered the next day. Then it finally got shipped four days ago but DPD still hasn't got the parcel from Rococo. Rococo's customer service people have told me that it's DPD's problem. But seriously, the parcel is not even received by DPD--and you tell me this is DPD's problem? I used to be a fan of Rococo and have been shopping with Rococo for ages. But now Rococo has become like this TERRIBLE...I am so disappointed.

Enormously disappointing

Enormously disappointing. The worst customer service I have received in years. A week after the chocolates I ordered were due to arrive -- as a special gift for an elderly friend-- there is no sign of them. I have written to Rococo twice. They have not offered any expected delivery date and refused to refund the shipping charges. If you are considering ordering Christmas presents from this company, I urge you to reconsider.

Misleading origin

The Rococo chocolates website states that the company has been making “British” chocolate for over 35 years. The label on my goods states “Produced in Belgium”. At no time during the last 35 years has Belgium been British. Even when we were in the EU.

Disappointed

Last Saturday you sent me an email apologising for the delay in my order. I wrote back saying a week would be an acceptable delay but I did not receive a reply. Over a week later and still no news or promise of a delivery. This order is wanted for Christmas and won’t be required after the 24th. If it turns up after that date I shall expect a refund.
