The worst service, customer comes last
Delivery address incorrect and Rococo won't amend or refund order. I placed an order at 21.35 on Sunday 4 December for a Christmas gift for my brother. I input his address and clicked on the order. I received order confirmation and saw the incorrect address so I tried to amend but Rococo don't have that feature so at 21.38 I emailed Rococo to advise them that their system hadn't saved correct delivery address. I rang Rococo Belgravia and Chelsea shops on 5 December. I also sent an email at 7.05 am on 5 December to try to resolve this. Tuesday 6 December I am advised they are unable to change delivery address or cancel order. This order is of no use to me and I won't be using rococo again. What a waste of money and why are you so inflexible when it was your system that glitched and now I am expected to pay for it.
