The order was placed on 23 nov, 'on it's way' by 25th, with delivery by 2 Dec at the latest. Still no sign of it on 5th Dec. The terrible order delays were understandable over the last couple of years. This year, they're not.

All my the chocolate will be out date before Christmas. All were bought as presents. Not impressed.

Ordered ages ago, was informed order been delayed, was due Friday. Still not been delivered. It was a gift and will now miss birthday. As an update I did manage to get in touch with customer services and it seems postal strikes were mainly to blame. Chocs arrived and were well received. Sadly I haven't been able to taste them as they were a gift, but they looked lovely and an attractive box.

Rococo are always fantastic although this time, I had to email them to gee them up regarding delivery time which, to be fair isn’t like them and may be more to do with Royal Mail striking. As soon as I brought it to their attention, it was fixed, so I’m not deducting any stars. I ordered 4 x boxes of their beautiful salted caramel seagul eggs for my good friend as he simply adores them. The first time I bought him a box, his face creased in confusion, he sat with a teaspoon, hitting the top as one would a boiled egg 😄 wondering why it wasn’t cracking for him as he believed they were made in real, cleaned out shells 🤣 When the ‘penny dropped’ and he had his first taste - he was hooked for life…! I shall be buying them forevermore now and happy to do so as they are such impeccable quality and such a genuinely lovely company to deal with and, as I am so far away in Leeds and sadly, too ill to travel to London to see the store, online buying is my only option.
