Placed an order on the 5th of December for nearly £80 worth of chocolates. Got an email on the 12th saying they were out of stock of one item. I replied with an alternative and didn't hear anything until i had a phone call on the 16th saying the alternative was out of stock. Selected another alternative. The package arrived today only half complete (like having only potatoes and veg at christmas, no turkey) and one item was dented. The only thing saving it from a one star review was the next day delivery.

I received an excellent package of chocolate, from my favourite chocolatier. Of the three, I preferred the Honduran and Papua New Guinea Single Origin bars. They were all that dark chocolate should be, luxurious with hints of honey and fruit. The Vietnamese bar, which was 100% Cocoa, was just a little bit too bitter for me personally, but would not disappoint the discerning chocolate connoisseur. Rococo Chocolate is a real treat.

I was lucky enough to be given 3 single origin dark chocolate bars. The Peru 70% was quite strong with a fruity taste like you get from regional expensive coffee and no sugary taste at all. It's great for having a small piece to savour rather than wolfing a whole bar down in one go. The Papua New Guinea 72% is also strong but a bit more earthy with a hint of fruitiness. The Vietnam 100% was too dark for me but I think it would be the sort of thing my stepfather would like or would go well in a chilli or turkey mole.

I was gifted 3 different types of Rococo Single Origin dark chocolate. One from Honduras, one from Peru and one from Papua, New Guinea. They were all lovely, the last one was the favourite. The one from Peru was stronger than expected, but worked great in the chilli for dinner. If you are a lover of dark chocolate, definitely recommend Rococo Chocolate.

Peru 70% cocoa dark chocolate is simply delicious and unforgettable. A real treat for those who love dark chocolate.

I love dark chocolate, especially luxury dark chocolate. I enjoy tasting different flavours from around the world. I was gifted 3 different types of Rococo Single Origin dark chocolate. One from Honduras which was smooth, fruity and rich, but not rich enough to be sickly. Second, from Peru with small hints of citrus, which was a refreshing surprise. However the after taste was a bit stronger than I expected. It was delicious nonetheless. Lastly was from Papua, New Guinea. It had a pleasant nutty flavour and a very mild after taste that I enjoyed. This was my favourite of the 3. If you are a lover of dark chocolate and flavorful combination I definitely recommend Rococo Chocolate

Beautifully wrapped, utterly delicious dark chocolate. So rich and full of flavour. Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service.

We decided to try the 70% Peru and thought it the best chocolate we had tasted for a long time. We ate the bar over two meals, which is rather faster than normal because one piece was insufficient given the smooth but subtle taste. The bar revealed its taste gradually but was delicious as soon as one bit into it. We shall buy many more of these bars and recommend them to those who might fear darker chocolate.

Recently tried Rococo's Papua New Guinea 72% dark choc and Vietnam 100% dark, both of which had a incredible complexity of flavour I hadn't expected. My favourite, however, has to be the Peru 70% dark chocolate, which was surprisingly fruity and without the inherent bitterness I usually associate with dark chocolate. It's smooth without being cloying, and sits in the hinterland between chocolate to savour, and that to binge!
