Needed to exchange tickets for a show I couldn't attend, The person, Alan, I spoke to was very helpful, answered the same day and explained clearly what I had to do. The problem was resolved later the same day which I thought was excellent service.

The National Finals are trying to improve but there are still some things that need to change a little: - Charging U18’s is really outrageous , it was very expensive to take my two young grandsons in everyday for something that has very little to offer children. This is a big addition to family costs, please don’t charge the kids it’s really not that attractive for them and is quite a financial burden on families. We should let them in for free in so they can experience it,. - Please provide qualifiers with free tickets for partners and their kids, at the very least. - closing the walkways between A & B Green caused a big problem between B & C Green, could you consider a walkway behind the roadside stand on A Green to aid with people flow and maybe behind the stand on the riverside, it would also help player distraction. - Please provide players with a decent changing facility, maybe a marquee tent up by E Green, to provide more space. - the potable trailer toilets were much better this year - thank you. - the retail tent was a bit sparse, can we not get more retailers in? - could the Umpires Association, Coach Bowls, Disability Bowls and the BDA not have a presence and a stand each? This may attract people to get involved in these important roles. - Please provide some activities to entertain the kids, they soon get bored and they get little for their £3.50 entry fee. - Please consider providing a Half Day Ticket, arriving at 3.30 pm to watch a late afternoon game and having to pay full price is a bit off. Or even provide Free Entry after that time. - A few more food outlets would be good. - Maybe AVIVA could come up with a branded pack for this kids that includes a few books, activities and fun stuff. - AVIVA are missing a trick, each person coming in could have an AVIVA branded free gift pack, even if it’s just a pen and free sunblock or branded poncho, drinks carrier, sun hat or the like. When I worked with a Marketing Team they provided a good array or branded items at the Cricket, to give out to visitors to help promote the company. - A few large screens to show score updates would be good - it was good to have the Bowls TV, but that is really only for Bowls people, we need to somehow get it out to a wider audience. - Facebook posts are good and it’s nice to see an array of photos from each day, A few gripes there, but overall a thoroughly enjoyable event, with some great sporting action on show.

Charging 23% for various ‘fees’ on top of the ticket price of £65 to get to nearly £80 is absolutely outrageous. I won’t be using you again. You seem to be a modern day Dick Turpin. Unbelievable

Booked tickets ok but cannot load app on my iphone due to "security issues". Time settings are on auto and my device is not jailbroken. Customer services had no suggestions why the app didn't work on my iphone. I've rebooted phone and tried again - still no success

I made a purchase the other day for Beth Hart next February in 2025. I used the seat plan to try and select a seat I wanted but it failed to allow me to choose my seat. I would normally choose a seat on the aisle for my bad leg but had to go with the best seat option to make sure I got a seat. This is my favourite venue and one I would book for by choice.

Quick and easy transaction

As with most ticket agencies, buying the tickets is easy but then there is the long wait to get them. Usually they are supposed to arrive within anything from 24 hrs to 7 days before the event. I am retired and go to 60+ events a year and get very frustrated by this. About 20% of my tickets (real, pdf or via APP) arrive within a few days of the order. Why can't they all do this?
