Very easy to book tickets, they suggested the seats for me and I was thankful to be able to get some for Tim Minchin before they sold out

Easy to order tickets on the website (ordered tickets for Dancing on Ice Tour). Email confirmation sent almost immediately. Now just waiting for my tickets to arrive.

Easy website to use and buy tickets directly from a venue rather than using an agency. However the downside was huge ticket fees added onto the initial ticket price and charging for an E-ticket.

Easy booking - although not happy with all the extra charges

Made a purchase and realised straight away couldn’t go. Emailed immediately But no cool off or refund. Ticketmaster did for a purchase before. Within 1 hour of purchase I emailed !

Website easy to negotiate. Didn't crash or offer to choose seats that were unavailable (like ticketmaster)
