Getting concert tickets was a new experience for me...so I really appreciated that Eventim made it possible. Still a little nervous since I am in the US and not at all tech savvy...but I think I'm good. You were reassuring in your info and FAQ,s

I dont like having the tickets only on the app and not being able to print them as I bought them for friends as well as me.

Why is it necessary to pay delivery fees when tickets are delivered electronically on top of transaction fees and venue fees. It's the bane of the entertainment / performance industry and the Eventim app.

I wanted to be sure I got the tickets for a favorite group that I've not been able to see since 1995 when they came to New York when I was visiting. I was able to quickly hit the Buy Tickets, select my seats and in less than 5 minutes on my smart phone. I'm so excited to see one of my favorite groups in the UK!
