The additional charges are a blatant rip off. You don't even printo out tickets and yet these ancillary charges get higher and higher. I get the that you have costs to cover which include development but ticket buyers no longer have any other option and cannot buy direct from venues.

It was very easy to book and pay for the festival of bounce tickets. The only downside was I could only book 6 tickets at a time and we are a party of 13 which meant 3 different bookings.

Try to book tickets via axs, what a frustrating system. Then decided to try to book via the theatre and got just what I wanted in only a few minutes, yet was allowed more time, so it wasn't so pressured as axs

The mobile application was their only way to access my tickets, I tried to login on the app but I could not. I lost my money and tickets

Your mark up on booking and facility fees are extortionate, unnecessary, and considering the tickets can/will be downloaded and/or printed by the purchasers, it is verging on miselling not making it known hat you booking and facility fees are until after they are purchsed.
