Warning - Expect to pay high fees.
I cannot believe 'm making a stand and not booking 2 tickets to see The Holiday in December, because of the bookings fees :( Yes they are clearly shown to you before purchasing but for a £55 face value ticket, they add an extra £6.75 booking fee + £2.50 Venue Levy + £1.50 Processing fee + £2.50 Delivery fee (which is a joke as it if via their app, and nothing actually being delivered!) £13.25 of fees per ticket! I though Ticket master were taking the pee, these guys sadly top it.

Frustrating inconsistency
One second nothing available, then tickets available again, then quantity button not working and only managed to get one ticket. Wouldn’t even let me have the option to pick two and then sold out and then another one available but in another section then sold before I could purchase.

The booking was straightforward and confirmation sent promptly . However I am still unsure how and when I will receive my tickets . They are a Birthday gift and I feel stressed about it. Is it possible to speak to someone ?

Drip pricing - unavoidable fee added at the last moment
I bought tickets for an event, progressed through the admin fee page and reached the delivery page. The ONLY option was the app - at an additional 2.50 GBP! This was an unavoidable fee and so you must include it in the headline price, or at least the admin fee. Not doing so is an egregious example of sneaky drip pricing. This spoiled an otherwise smooth process - to be fair all the PER-TICKET fees were included in the headline price. Please just smarten up the final piece of scam pricing. EDIT: thank you for your response, Eventim UK: you have just confirmed in writing that your admin charge should be £2.50 higher, which should therefore be shown from the outset please! Don’t pretend that the fee is £1.50 when it’s actually £4 - that’s dishonest and reinforces the general public view of booking agents as rip-off merchants.
