Great warm up gig in a small venue. We didn't have to travel far but met people that travelled over 5hrs to see Richard Hawley in Bethesda. Just a pity the locals are not geared up on event nights for food etc, they could have made a fortune. I would definitely go again as we prefer smaller venues to the much bigger ones in towns , would also book tickets again with Eventim UK

In Nov ‘22 I bought 5 tickets to see Peter Kay in November this year. Since then my husband has developed a serious neurodegenerative condition which means he can’t walk very far or quickly or manage stairs very well. I emailed customer services at Eventim and was contacted by Billie. She was so helpful and understanding. She contacted the venue and arranged new tickets for all 5 of us in an easily accessible area and refunded the whole of the amount I’d paid for the original tickets including all processing & transaction fees. I had to pay for the new tickets obviously but one of them was complimentary. I had fully expected to just have to cancel my husband’s & my tickets and miss the event and my husband so desperately wants to go. Really impressed with the care & compassion. Thank you Eventim UK and especially Customer Service Manager Billie.

Managed to get what I needed quickly

You added over £10 of "booking & admin fees" to the ticket at checkout!! That is a rip off and absolutely con! Over a third of the ticket price was added on as extras. Why are you charging admin and booking fees additionally when I received no assistance in my booking, and I am showing the tickets on my phone. You apparently charge upto an additional £15 on top of these charges to post the tickets!

Just annoyed that even though I registered to receive notification that I would get told about event asap as soon as I went online there were only a few tickets left in the front stalls area

Very smooth, quick and efficient process when booking tickets for Sonic Symphony.

I bought two tickets for the same gig but at different times. That means two sets of outrageous fees and two sets of delivery charges for e-tickets that I have to find on my phone when I get to the venue - twice as they're not on the same order and they're not for the same person. All very convenient for Eventim but a right royal pain for me. Oh for the days of paper tickets which were quick, convenient and easy for the gig goer. They only disappeared post pandemic, it's not like they went with the dinosaurs
