Een jaar geleden een kaartje gekocht en dan krijg je het kaartje 1 dag van tevoren. Althans dat hoor je te krijgen. Speciaal voor een concert naar Londen gegaan en er werd geen mail gestuurd om het kaartje te kunnen downloaden. Gemaild maar geen reactie. Gelukkig hadden we nog extra kaartjes aangeschaft. Heb ze nog gemaild maar ze ontkennen alles. Echt schandalig.

Avoid!! Website is designed to misinform and the company is a scam! I booked a ticket with the option ‘choose a best seat for me’. The purpose of this is so they can place you in the worse seats possible, then resell other better placed seats in a better location. No refunds offered, poor website design, trickery and overall a complete state of an organisation! Avoid unless you want to be ripped off!

Easy to book, only complaint was it seemed to have quite a few admin fees on top of the £20 ticket, but I had missed out on other websites (my fault) so was pleased to get a ticket anyway

Easy to navigate website and book tickets.

Staff were friendly and efficient. But... the alcohol-free beer was sold out, even though we were very early. And the time of the event was changed twice, which was quite inconvenient. Hence four stars not five. EDIT after reply. Yes, the staff/ refreshments part of the review was for the Eventim Apollo. The changing of the times bit, I don't know who was responsible for that. If it was all down to the Apollo, and none of it to Eventim itself, then I don't quite know what I was being asked to review!
