Too many add on fees on top of the ticket prices. I thought such fees were banned? They certainly appear to be creeping back in and more expensive than ever. For example, there should not be any fee for downloading or printing our own tickets at home. All just leaves a bad taste.

Buying tickets was fine but the theatre air conditioning blasted out cold air during the show making it uncomfortable for those of us with aisle seats.

Over a week since I bought my tickets, to be posted out, it’s less than a month to the event and no paper tickets have arrived. This service is worse than useless. Why could I not buy from box office at least I would have had my tickets by now like previous times will never use again Your reply is useless too. I already have tickets for another show a month after this one. From the box office. I told you it was paper tickets in the mail. You DO NOT read reviews as you would not send a standard rubbish reply. You would personalise it to my complaint. Postal tickets are sent out immediately it’s email ones that don’t. That’s why we pay more for them. You’re still rubbish for a terrible reply.

Re-setting password is about the worst experience I have had, it’s so antiquated and information at various stages is poor. Also the charges to download my tickets should be free and not a chargeable service as service charges are also applied, so you are effectively charging twice for service

Buying the ticket was pretty easy. Website is great, just a as the purchasing process. But for me the fact that you can access your ticket ONLY in an app may cause problems if you happen to be in a different country that doesn’t have eventim app in the AppStore. That’d be great as well to be able to have tickets sent to a mail.

The process of purchasing ticket was fine, but the one star rating reflects the extortionate level of various fees that are now imposed. A total of £7.50 in fees on a £30 ticket.

Very easy to buy. No backlog or disconnect. Very happy I got these sought after tickets
