I'm not a very technical person but found booking my tkts easier than I thought. Followed the instructions for payment etc and it was quick n problem free. My order confirmation came through straight away

I disliked the amount of extra fees on top of the tickets especially the £2.50 charge to send the digital tickets to my device when you have no choice. I go to many concerts at various venues and don’t think I’ve ever been charged for that , including the O2 arena London.

Tickets fine but the additional charges are a joke

First time I have used Eventim... I found the booking system quite easy to use, and confirmation excellent.

£8.85 booking fee per digital ticket is a disgusting rip-off. At 5300 capacity that is £46,905 in fees PER GIG. In a time of a cost of living crisis, that is scandalous.

The Apollo is a great venue and I've seen some fantastic gigs there over the past 40 years. However, trying to resell tickets via their fanSALE system is s frustratingly long and difficult business. It should be easy. I still haven't managed it. I have just waited on hold to Eventim Customer Services only to be cut off. I also feel that there should be a simple way to return tickets for sold out events.

Complete waste of money. ABOID this company. We bought 3 tickets to see Mitski in Manchester. We couldn’t go the concert, We tried to resell the tickets but as they are locked in the Eventim app this isn’t possible you can only sell them 24 hours before the concert but we receive the tickets too late. We couldn’t even use fanSALE. Wasted £128 of which were £12.27 in fees. ABOID this scammers.
