Reckon now using extortion in order for me to access my own data/software on Reckon Accounts Plus "perpetual" license and insist only option is to pay for 'yearly' subscription. Obviously their English is as sheit as the company as 'perpetual' means 12 months to them... best part is, the locked me out 2 months before end of Financial year. These people have nothing on Russian/Chinese scam artists. ACCC/Consumer Affairs don't give a crap either, so they can now all stick this software where sun doesn't shine...

I was having a problem downloading and upgrading to Reckon Small Business 2023. The tech who assisted me was excellent. He was very patient with a non technically minded person. After a long phone call Piyush got me through the download and together we successfully installed the new version which is working perfectly.
