I recently went to the online version. I was scared and not very confident that I could do it. Every staff member I have encountered has been more than generous with their time and expertise. It is so appreciated as I’m 72 years old and nervous about this stuff!

Got locked out, the person on phone was very helpful

I have had trouble submitting a zero STP. I needed to reverse it as the new payroll iPad kiosk is on different software, so I added year to date payroll figures to the new system. Now I can't reverse the two pays from the Reckon STP to zero which is what I was told to do by the new payroll trainer. I can't import the information from the new payroll system in to accounts. It may be something wrong my end so I am having my computer checked. Helpdesk staff have been fantastic, but nothing worked in these two instances.

Great customer service!!! Reckon is one of the few companies that in this time of Covid when you are waiting up to two hours for most companies to answer the phone usually rectifies your technical problem in less than 5 minutes. As a person that works on their own this is very important to me! Thanks

Easy to use and great for my business

I have used Quickbooks for over 25 years and the service has been excellent over those years. I use Reckon Online now and it is an excellent accounting package. It has never failed me ever! It is user friendly, reliable and in my view excellent value for money when comparing it to others. Thanks Reckon for taking care of my business for all those years.
