I got through quickly to the support centre on the phone. The Technician was friendly and understanding. The problem was fixed within a reasonable period of time.
Importing data from Simpro
I had an issue with importing into Reckon from Simpro and Reckon Support confirmed it was a Simpro issue - the response could have been a bit quicker - but it was correct.

I'm a first time user of accounting software and Reckon has been so easy to learn. I especially appreciate that there are multiple ways to achieve the same outcome and so many opportunities to click for more information (or to resolve an error!). The help function and the hosted tech support line have solved all of our trickier issues with clarity and always more than one option. I learn something new about it almost every day. My experienced colleagues all speak highly of this software also.

Very basic system, trust issues.
Very basic system but OK if you don't need much. For example you can't see transactions from a Customer / Supplier account - you need to go to Reports. Surely a 10 minute fix? Due to very poor online instructions to set up new a user, I accidentally paid Reckon an extra month's charges, which I canceled 10 minutes later. After 6 months and multiple attempts to get the money refunded I have given up. Not a trustworthy company.
