I thought we had installed our latest version of Reckon but couldn't access it. I rang the helpline and was only waiting a few minutes before my call was answered. The representative was able to figure out the problem and help me with it remotely. It was quick and easy for me. Thank you so much for the assistance.

Hopeless and frustrating… am trialing Reckon one and have rung the help desk on 3 occasions to find the answer to questions… they don’t listen to your question properly.. they prempt what they think your question is..I had to keep saying please stop and listen to what my question is…and they have NO idea on the why.. the have cookie cutter answers .. but can’t tell you why something is done like that ( I need to know what it impacts further down the track) … they don’t appear to know the system at all.. I gave up and emailed instead.. 1 email reply was perfect , knew exactly why and how and explained.. I’m still waiting for an answer to the others 2 days later… so far taken me 4 days to get 4 things done…
