Extremely unhelpful, had a staff member by Nizam today who just kept telling me the same lie and refused to let me speak to another tema memeber, they keep locking me out of my software even though we agreed for it not to rollover til the end of march. 2 weeks prior when they first locked m out they told me it wasnt possilbe to reactive then eventually gave me a code to reactivate it, which worked. this time round he keeps telling me it is not possible as the software doesnt work anymore, just lies upon lies, very unhelpful right at the end of the financial year, really wish I hadn't given in to their corporate blackmail and purchased the online software, will be changing next year.

I have used Reckon Personal Plus 2000…
I have used Reckon Personal Plus 2000 for 3years, and Quicken for 25 years before that. We had to pay for another 12 months $205 - Used by a very small not for profit Community nursery. Went into Reckon.com.au to see if there would be more help, only to find there is pay by the month of $6- nobody told me that was available. Back to the issue, I have to update to Version 2022, they don't have Tech help for Personal Plus. Hours later still haven't got it installed, no one to give simple directions - NOT HAPPY

I have used Reckon QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop for many, many years. Generating and modifying classy reports is so easy. Setting up and managing payroll is straightforward. Experience with other products is not as satisfactory, nor does the tech support come close. Today, I resolved a tech issue with professional people who know what they are talking about and quickly fixed the issue with back up doco that followed. Happy with that. Victoria

I have used the program for many years and it suits my business well tech support is always great , just sometimes its hard to understand support staff , may be if they slow down a little and speak clearly , other than that its fine

Thanks for the easy follow directions of the tech. Im now back working on the financials again, after stressing IT WASNT WORKING ugh.. Now the payments are being saved and i can carry on with the next transaction. Glitch in the Cookies and cache settings apparently. All fixed :)
