I will never use these thieves again, nor recommend them to anyone. They continued to steal money off me after a trial period, I never used the product as it didn't do what I needed, and didn't want the subscription. They refused to refund the money when I finally noticed the outgoing cost - several hundred dollars. Terrible business model.

No weekend support at all while the whole system failed. Don't use this if you own a small business and need to do accounting outside business hours!! This must only be for large companies with dedicated account staff.

I downgraded from Reckon Desktop Premium to One Plus Accounting Essentials with Payroll, as I didn't need some of the bells and whistles of the Desktop version. It is 24.00 per month after the 6-month discounted price of 12.00 per month. I have been a Reckon/ Quickbooks user for 24 years. Also, I tried it for 1 month with a free trial using both packages to ensure all was in synch. I am very impressed with the elegance and simplicity of Reckon Plus Accounting Essentials. I didn't need a data conversion. I just entered my trial balance into Reckon One. I needed some help, and the support line answered any questions quickly and with expert knowledge of the package. Thank you, Reckon, for an easy-to-use online solution for OneTouch and Accounting for my small online business. I don't have stock or need to invoice - just subscription revenue and the usual expenses associated with an online business.

Easy to get help over the phone.... every person I speak to gives quick concise answers to my questions and if I need Reckon to get into my computer it's an easy exercise and problems sorted promptly thanks to Reckon staff.

Extremely patient and helpful chap who assisted me today. Love not having to explain everything to a 'virtual assistant' first. Stayed with me online the whole way through and never showed that he lost patience with my tech illiteracy. Was very grateful and so happy that we were able to rectify my problem.
