Total amount paid to a supplier

This software can not do something as basic as tell you the total amount you have paid to a supplier. I rang the helpline today spent an hour on the phone. They even opened a remote session but in the end they told me it couldn't be done. Hard to believe.

Love Reckon

I have recently reached out for assistance to upgrade my Reckon. I had pasted the time frame to do so myself and had forgotten my admin password. I therefore reached out to my consultant who then passed my name to the office. Nick was so quick to assist me and give me the help I needed. He not only assisted me in getting my data file uploaded and downloaded again but he stayed with me until I was sure I had all my data back and I had no other questions. He also offered to lend any other assistance to me in the future if I might need it. Reckon you have an awesome support staff.

Helping with download

Being elderly I don't know how to unload or update programs on my computer. When I first made my call I was informed that they would talk me through the download, however I don't understand what some parts of a computer I need to access. Once I explained this they were very helpful and downloaded for me.
