Knowledgable, patient support

I most appreciated the help that I received today which enabled me to keep using Reckon. The gentleman that helped me was extremely pleasant to talk to and very surprised when I took the time to thank him for his much needed help.

The operator who helped me was very patient and easy to understand, and resolved my issue.

I find using computers difficult as am elderly. The girl I spoke with was very patient and helpful. It took longer than it should have but she was very patient
