Problem sorted quickly.

Even though the expert had an accent, she was easy to understand and I was able to follow instructions without problems. She was very efficient and sorted the problem in a very quick time. She was friendly and professional throughout.

Technical Support Lacking

Who knows. I queried a problem with updating to 2024 Reckon Desktop, with an Error Code 14147 077923 quoted and have received no response to correct the matter. I am 78 years old, a bookkeeper for 28 years and used Quickbooks/Reckon for 28 years. Love the stability of the program. Not at all happy with the technical support of the last few years. I find Reckon Community far from a worthwhile solution to solve problems. Trevor Chivell

A non-accountant learning a new program.

As a non-accountant learning a new program has had its challenges. Being able to get help in the learning process has made it possible for me to get this program working. I know I will need more help at some stage, but the program is getting easy to use as I learn a few basics, and I look forward to using it for many years.
