I came across LED Specialist after comparing prices for GU10s and placed an order. The bulbs were very competitively priced hence I placed an order. Realising my mistake, I called them on the phone after 5 mins to change the type of bulb, the gentleman on the other end was very polite and professional. The change was done and I received my order the next day, very well packaged. I was impressed with the whole process of web order and delivery so I placed a second order with LED Specialist. I can highly recommend them as you get competitive priced bulbs with super efficient and courtetous service. Thank you.

I have placed 3 orders so far and all have arrived promptly and well packed. When I, through my own stupidity ordered bulbs with the wrong fittings, this company took them straight back without quibble and gave me a refund. I am just about to put in a 4th order with them tonight.

I ordered a few led bulbs just after lunchtime and they arrived at 8am the following day! That must be some kind of record. My opinion on the bulbs I cannot give-ask me in 15 years. I chose my particular led's from this company because they were a WHICH? Best buy.

It would have been 5 stars from me but the bulbs were delivered to my home/card address rather than the delivery address I specified. This led to me having to pick them up from a depot, which wasn't convenient. The products supplied (philips golf balls 3.5w) are excellent and have transformed my kitchen. I have 10 installed into two modern ceiling lamps. I found the 3.5w were brighter than the halogens they replaced. A point to note, led golf balls tend to be taller in dimensions than the halogen equivalents, presumably because of the circuitry behind the led. I like the clear website and next day delivery. The service was great other than the delivery address issue, which needs some focus on
