The product performs as advertised. It appears to be a very stable and sound product that works very well with my Apple Home Pod Mini.

It was easy to install it. It works great. Its exactly what we wanted.

I was looking at different companies for a motorized blind for my bay window, but wanted one that was hard wired and not a rechargeable battery one. I was very impressed with my blind when I got it and all the little details that this company did made installation a sinch. It took about 10 minutes to install and it came already programmed to the remote and exact size of my window so it raised and lowered perfectly without any adjustments. The price was very reasonable,compared to other companies, they were half the price for the size of blind that I ordered. Great company and customer service, I would recommend them to anyone.

The person on the phone that caused my roller blinds to roll up in the housing. I ended up having to remove the black out blockers from one side of the window. Then she told me I need to email the support mailer to get support. I had no option to talk to anyone else because you only have one phone support person. And I wasn't happy with her or the way she was trying to blame me for the roller getting stuck. I really want to just send the blinds back and not deal with your company anymore, but that's not an option, apparently. So far I am extremely disappointed in your product and your level of support

The quality and level of precision are phenomenal! Customer service is top of the line. We purchased a set of 4 matching zebra blinds for the office and a set of 4 of the essential blinds for our bedroom. They arrived within two weeks of ordering. The boxes were clearly labeled and each blind was pre-programmed to the remote for that room. Literally, just screw in two mounts, pop in the blind, and go! I will be buying sets for all of the remaining rooms in our home. The value is exceptional, you will not find better, regardless of price.

It's been a couple weeks and we are loving the roller shades! My husband was able to install the blinds on his own, the box came with everything needed to install including a pencil, level, and gloves. The shades are sturdy and quality made. For the moment, we are using the remote, however we will add to the thread network soon with other devices.

Blinds are awesome, measurements were accurate and quality of materials are high end.
