Easy experience!

I had questions after researching motorized shades and decided to call for help. The woman that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and help me select what I needed. I ordered 7 blinds and a remote to start. Installation was very easy and everything fit perfectly and worked well. (I recommend ordering samples, it really help with the selection) I ordered the remaining shades and a hub and the second shipment experience went as well as the first. I was able to interface the blinds with an older Amazon echo and now everything is voice controlled. Very pleased with operation and quality of the materials.

Dimensions were perfect and it works as intended. Love the Siri HomeKit functionality.

Had an issue with blinds not connecting to remote customer service was very knowledgeable and was able to solve the issue in a very short time. The solution was I had to factory reset the motors.

Would like to have received an estimated time for shipment after order. I received an order acknowledgement email, but nothing else until the order shipped, which was about two weeks later. Love the product.

I came across SmartWings website while searching on the internet for outside, solar-powered, remote-controlled blinds. I was impressed with the reviews, so I ordered the color samples. After the samples arrived, I emailed SmartWings and Caroline was extremely helpful when I emailed her photos of the location for the large outside blind, telling me the best mounting location and helping me with which items to purchase. After ordering the blind, I found a great YouTube video showing how to install the blind, so I was all ready to install it when it arrived in less than two weeks. The blind was packaged extremely well. The installation went very well and was completed in less than an hour. The only thing I didn't like was the screws included for installation. They weren't of the highest quality and the heads easily stripped if not careful. The blind is nice and secure and works very well. I have no regrets ordering from SmartWings.
