The blind was manufactured to the correct size specifications. The new header and charging location is great. It was easy to install and was a straight forward setup with Alexa.

Easy Installation, Great Service

We are really happy with the quality and how easy install was. The color works great and the 5% lets us see the landscape outside without the sun killing our tv view. I got worried about measuring after I submitted my order but customer was very responsive and even caught that I had ordered too many remotes.

I wasn't sure what to expect

I've been looking to buy a motorized shade for some time, and after I saw these guys at CES I thought I would give them a try. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I can honestly say that my motorized shade from SmartWings surpassed all expectations! The shade was packaged extremely well and turned up in a timely manner. It came with simple installation instructions, gloves, a level, screws, wall anchors and even a pencil. The shade fitted perfectly, was easy to install and was already set to the correct height. All I had to do is drill the holes and snap it into place. I love the quality, the color and how great it looks in the office. I will definitely be ordering more of these!

Smartwings Options are great.

The comprehensiveness of the website to understand the many options and how to specify them, combined with the many youtube videos that demonstrate how the shades work and how to install and connect them made the entire experience very easy. The shade I bought and installed worked perfectly immediately.

Amazing product!

Amazing product! Blinds paired to Apple HomeKit quickly and the first time. Installation was a breeze with their locking tab system. I had to install 3 of these in my 2nd floor loft windows on a 22-foot ladder and managed to do it myself. Great product and I will be looking to buy more in the future.

The product itself is fine

The product itself is fine. The solar panel doesn't seem to charge the product. I guess lack of direct sunlight. And I wish your website mentioned the substraction of an 1/8 of an inch more prominently as I missed that instruction and the unit is squeezed into the window frame currently.

For the price these are phenomenal

For the price these are phenomenal. Very easy to install and get working if you are handy. Few minor things that deduct a star for me. I can't quite get the multilevel blinds to line up how I think they should after adjusting them the first time. The material itself seems fine, but I am interested in how it will hold up over time. Already have one area that seems a bit weak. All in all I would still recommend these blinds and will potentially look at getting more.

Awful HOMEKIT experience

Awful experience trying to set this up with matter. I have a house full of smart devices. I have a handful of border routers and I am over a week working with support from Smart wings and support from Eve one big headache, and one expensive shade that is not smart. Update: Smartwing support did everything to help me. I think the problem lies somewhere with my Nanoleaf products and thread. To resolve I had to create a second home in HomeKit and fortunately Home 2 takes commands from my primary home and vice versa. I’ll wait for the update someday where I can go back to having one home in HomeKit.
