All of the products & options available are spelled out & easily understood on the website, ordering & paying was easy as well. Communication from Smartwings was prompt & informative. The custom order was completed in just a couple of days & promptly shipped out. When the package arrived it was professionally packed & included everything needed for installation except the screwdriver. The installation was super easy & the finished product is flawless. I promptly ordered another Smartwings Rollershade for my other Sliding Glass Door. I couldn't be happier with the company, product & pricepoint. I plan on ordering more.

The quality of the shades is excellent! Considering they are custom-built, the production and shipping process was quick. The shade arrived extremely well-packaged, and exactly to the specifications ordered. Installation was simple. The operation of the shades is reliable. The only minor issue is that the color description was not accurate. I ordered the vinyl roller shades in the dark gray color. I would call the color light gray (medium gray at best). They were significantly lighter than they appeared in the pictures. It is a nice color, just not what I was expecting. I wish they offered a true dark gray in the vinyl shades.

Blind came within a week. Easy and fast installation. Had a few questions and customer service had the answers I needed. Very pleased with the quality of the blind. I ordered the motorized, Essentials line in a white. Easy to attach to my Alexa. Ordered 3 more blinds for my bedroom.

The automatic shades work great and look great. I got the zigbee motor and I definitely suggest getting the latest Alexa echo 4th gen to control them. It's far better than the hub I bought. The side blackout for the shades is innovative and super easy to install, but a little less effective than the ones that sandwich the shade.

Love it, its perfect

I can recommend regular shades. I did recently buy zebra shades. They work great but the stripes don’t aren’t even. I hung up level also. The stripes weren’t installed level on roller from factory. So one side is half inch lower than other side. When you open them to let light in your stripes don’t line up. Disappointing! Emailed SmartWings before writing review. They replied just to pull on the bottom of shade. That does absolutely nothing when they aren’t stapled to roll level from factory. **UPDATE** I received a new shade and it corrected my problem. Pleased with result and can recommend zebra shades.
