Excellent company and product

Delivery was perfect. Good quality. But new wall remote switch(5 channel) has been impossible to work. Last time I call for support the person told me to read instruction and sent me a copy of the instruction. So Iam not contacting support any more. Some of blind has been linked to the app but not all due to problem which I contacted support and no result.

While I like the product, it is not working with pro hub. We have 19 blinds and 8 of the just continue to cancel out each other when adding them to pro hub. Once they do that neither will work. We ahve reset blinds and hub several times. Emailed support and they just keep telling me to reset. Pretty big investment for them not to work. update-They ahve reachedout and are working to solve issue.

Great inexpensive option! Have loved 6/7 blinds I’ve ordered from them. Only complaint is that the Hazel Blackout shades have an external battery that isn’t clearly called out in the mounting section. Knowing that you need clearance for a battery pack is key when measuring, and we likely would have purchased a different style. Other than that, I’ve been happy with the other blinds I’ve purchased!

Quick turnaround from order to delivery. Easy to install. Nice quiet operation. So far so good!
