The website was great

The website was great. I ordered samples and they all didn’t come but I ended up getting white anyway, so it didn’t really matter. They came quickly. They fit great. Easy to install. No directions in box and remote was a quite tricky to figure out. Had to find the right video to help. Eventually, we figured it out. They are hung, they look great, and we know how to operate them. 👍

V good quality

Ordered 2 zebra blinds with Matter motors and running smartthings. Installation was easy and the run and look great. Overall good quality. Some minor issues, great customer service. Going to order more

Not Located in Texas, Ships From China

SmartWings is not up front about where their company is located. On the website it says Texas. Orders ship from China. Also they will not accept any returns, no matter what. Buy smart blinds elsewhere.

Perfect Customer Satisfaction

This is my third time ordering from this company and they haven’t missed a beat. Everything I ordered came in correctly with the necessary hardware and the right size. The blinds and shades have been extremely easy to install and easy to integrate with the remotes as well as Home Assistant.

Zigbee setup is poor

Zigbee setup is poor. Communication with SmartThings is very laggy and terrible to manage. Have multiple roller shades across our home. Seems like setting up lower limits using the remote leads to cross talk between multiple shades and messes up the settings. The last straw was when they stopped communicating with SmartThings altogether.

Have purchased over 20 of these motorized blinds and am very pleased after a year of ownership. I use both Amazon and Samsung Smartthings to control their operation. With a lot of windows in my home, I benefit from automated opening at sunrise and closing after sunset. The batteries seems to be great so far and fabric is very nice.
