SmartWings motorized drapery are high quality, straightforward to install and look very elegant. The purchase process/website is laid out well and shipping was as promised. Lastly, the price was very fair for the quality of the product we received.

The shades are great. Installation was easy.

Ordered (3) Nowa cellular shades for our living room windows. Ordered HomeKit/Matter/Thread motor and solar panels. Everything came in (on time) extremely well packaged and marked. Instruction booklets made installation easy and accurate. 1st shade took about 1/2 hour to install and the other two about 10 minutes each. Easy! Well engineered product and installation. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product so far.

Problems with order (remote controls), shipping information and poor/non-existent documentation of Smart Pro bridge setup caused several hours of work that easily could have been avoided. That said, the initial install is working okay so far (1 week after install).

The new roller shade was easy to install and looks great. I also bought 4 zigbee roller shade motors. Customer service was great, though they did try to tell me that they didn’t recommend their motors to retrofit my existing shades. I’m glad I ignored this recommendation as I was able to 3d print a couple parts and make the motors fit right in. Now I can control all 5 shades in the same room with my one new remote and got rid of all the pull cords. Best part is they all are now integrated into Home Assistant and the shades automatically rise in the morning and lower after sunset. I love it.

Customer service is excellent, I had a damaged shade fabric, company immediately sent a replacement, way more than I expected, I have these shades all through out my house so it's good to know I can count on Customer service to be there when I need it

Amazing service and their product works wonderfully. They also sent me an extra remote for my blinds that works specifically with top down bottom up cellular smart blinds. I enjoyed the process of shopping on their website and their customer service quite a bit.
