So far, my 2 Matter roller blinds have been pretty good. However, connection to Apple HomeKit through Matter hasn't been 100%. Every couple of days, one of the blinds loses its connection to HomeKit. If it didn't lose connection, then this would be a 5-star review. Installation and setup was very easy with the good documentation that ships with the blinds.

I purchase 3 SmartWings shades for my west facing windows. I was not confident ordering them on my own, so I called customer service and sent in some photos of my windows. I was given great advice for color and opacity. The blinds came 10 days sooner than expected. Install was as easy as promised. I highly recommend this company for their beautiful window treatments (we have gotten many compliments) and even more for their outstanding customer service. They are knowledgeable, kind and patient.

We ordered 1 motorized roller shade as a test run in my kids room (figured it would get the most abuse in there). It’s been installed for about a month and all is working beautifully. Measurements came out spot on, install was easy, materials are quality, and the look is sophisticated and clean. One thing I noticed is the fabric portion of the shade is not perfectly centered inside the valance box; It’s about 1/8” off to one side. Maybe this has to do with where the motor is?? My motor is on the right and the fabric roll is shifted to the left 🤷🏼‍♀️. You can only tell when the shades are closed, and the glass portion of the window is still covered. If you’re super Type A, this might bother you. Overall, I’m thrilled and will be ordering more for the rest of the house soon!
