I ordered two blinds for our primary bedroom and could not be happier. In fact, we ordered several more exterior shades. The blinds are nicely constructed, and work well with Alexa. I only have one suggestion. You offer several 'connection' options, but you do not make it clear that you need to purchase your Smart Link device in order to actually use the blinds with Alexa. I did not purchase the Smart Link device initially, and was frustrated trying to connect to Alexa. But after purchasing Smart Link, the setup was quite easy. So you really need to make it more clear that if people actually want to use with Alexa, they need to purchase at least one Smart Link device.

Product is good but if you have technical issues or product deformations etc. good luck getting a refund or any help. It’s unfortunate because the product works well. You are gambling when you buy this product. So far 2 out 4 blinds have been good exp and the others not.

One of the motors was programmed in reverse. Took a long time to figure it out and fix it. Keeping it connected to both Alexa and Google via Thread/Matter has been a challenge. I've had to write many custom scripts to make the shades user friendly for my family. In the end, it's all working at the moment so it's worth it. Hopefully there will be updates to make it more simple to use going forward.

Excellent customer service! Products installed easily!

I now have 19 of these blinds. There was an original hiccup on the 1st ones I bought, but customer support was outstanding, and the issue has been resolved. Easy to install, and easy to connect to HomeKit. I can comfortably recommend.

We received our order sooner than expected. We had several questions when installing the blinds and needed to make a few calls to customer service for assistance.
