Very disappointed with my first (and last) BillyJ purchase. The earrings are straight out of a Shein or Temu factory and don’t look like the picture on the website.i could see the extremely poor quality through the clear packaging. I didn’t open them at all and it’s physically impossible to remove the earrings from the packaging without noticeable damage or signs of removing them from packaging however I was refused a return or exchange. Terrible customer service. I’ll never shop with BillyJ again and don’t recommend them to anyone.

Product quality and delivery

I ordered a beautiful dress from here on Saturday. It arrived on the following Friday to Ireland. Such a quick delivery with superb service. Dress was a perfect fit, so light and beautiful quality. I couldn’t be happier. Bear in mind there was a customs charge of €37 but worth it. I’d highly recommend. Perfect for a beach wedding in Australia. Thank you billy J.
