I initially reviewed this service highly. It seems to have undergone new management, frankly I find them a nightmare. I’ve had to escalate issues with them multiple times. They’re really not worth the fee. You no longer have anyone dedicated to helping you, every email is with a new agent, a new random name you’ll never here from again, you get stuck in loops of having to explain your issue and then having agents just misunderstand the problem. Ongoing issues with our energy provider being paid, as soon as it’s settled, I’m leaving.

I have just set up my account with my package. I felt very comfortable to speak to Chloe mart, it’s my first time moving in to a new home and she made it much easier for me to understand bills. ( I’ve never set up bills before) she even explained the extra information that was very helpful about council tax and how long it takes to come and just extra information. I am very pleased with this company.
