Making utilities stress free!

After being accepted for tenancy, I received a call from Matt Stanley at Homebox who introduced me to their service and explained their partnership with my property management agency. He was very informative, giving my a clear understanding of my utility options and prices, and explaing how to navigate Homebox. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, even looking up additional info to ensure I was fully informed. The entire process was straightforward, and thanks to Matt, I feel much more at ease knowing I'll be moving into my new home with all utilities already set up and ready to go for my move in date. It's a relief not to deal with the usual hassel of admin. A big thank you to Matt for his assistance.

Poor customer service. amended the agreed time of the meeting without any heads up. Did not show up at the agreed time of the meeting. Poor communication - Very disappointing
