The installation people were awesome, but handy scheduled my installation before the TV delivery (and the TV delivery date never changed). They sent me links to manage a delivery that didn't work and it was literally impossible to create an account on their app. And forget calling them.

Jason did a great job installing my TV. Took his time, didn't leave a mess, and adjusted it to my liking. Great experience!

Alex was the relief Handy after the 1st did not show up. Alex was on time, friendly, efficient and interacted with the children periodically. I would use Alex again for home needs and would recommend him to my friends.

Confusing app. Will never use again

My experience was very good. He was polite. Helpful asked about things prior to do them informed me of how to use different things on the bed on time and pleasure to have at our home.

Put aside the whole day for the cleaning lady to come, cancel 30 min prior and reschedule another day we didn’t agree on. When she finally showed up she was almost 10 min late and she left 40 min early.. which left me with paying for one hour she wasn’t there at all…when you pay for 3 hrs you expect them to clean for 3 not 2. I contacted the costumer service and provided 29+ pics of the results.. just embarrassing.. unfortunately they could only provide me with a 50% refund.. which I think is not okey at all when the job hasn’t been done. Never again and will not recommend.

Terrible experience, shoddy work and not completed correctly. Have spoken to numerous people and nothing has been done. Going to litigation after many attempts to resolve issues.

I was so surprised I could get someone scheduled so quickly. The website for the furniture assembly said it should take 2 people 4 hours. Eric did it by himself in 2 hours. Very considerate and super experience! I just asked for more help on some other things today.
