Worse company we've ever dealt with through no choice of our own. Trying to have a 10ft gazebo put together in our backyard that was purchased through Bjs is like pulling teeth. We've been scheduled and rescheduled twice because either one of the workers doesn't show or they've left saying that more people were needed. Customer service is frustrating and not helpful whatsoever. We paid quite a bit of money to BJs to have the installation completed and unfortunately this is the company that they deal with. Now we have a 3rd date scheduled. My next step is filing a complaint with BBB. Never ever again.

The contractor was amazing! However, it took a lot longer than he expected because the job was set up wrong. He stayed until it was finished and did a great job!

The service provides good communication and my tech was excellent. The app works well and I was informed accurately before he arrived and good follow up options provided afterward.

Service changed our preferred person without letting us know, and then changed twice again the afternoon of our appointment. We would have cancelled if we had realized, and app doesn’t allow you to read all reviews, only positive 5 star. Feels misleading.

Thank you for making this a quality experience. Unfortunately I wasn't satisfied with the initial person selected to clean my home. When I made this known, another person was quickly scheduled. She really went above and beyond and gave me exactly what I was expecting, quality. Thank you.
