Yanko was great! He was quick, efficient, and very friendly.

When my Handy-scheduled pro didn’t come through, Handy made it right by listening to the issues I had and rescheduling my request with another Handy pro within a few days. They honored the cost I’d already paid and made sure I was connected to someone that could help. I very much appreciated the time they took to help me and honoring the original payment.

He did a great job putting the furniture together, however he refused to take the boxes with him.!!! I now have a yard full of boxes that are larger than I am and have to dispose of :(. I paid a great amount for this service. I would think taking the trash would be included. PLEASE INCLUDE THIS IN YOUR FEE!!!!

Great Guy! Very competent and pleasant. Didn't get phased by the fact that the skies opened up and it started to rain while he was trying to assemble our furniture. He just moved all the parts into our garage and did the work there. Then he carried all the assembled furniture back out to the deck. Highly recommend him!

The job took too long to finish and I don’t think it needed to take that long. I was billed extra when I was told there is no charge for me.

On time delivery of appliance and installer here within two hours of delivery. Sooo much better than our past experiences with Lowe’s.
