I've used Handy for cleaning for over 8 years, and have loved it. The few times that I've had an issue, Handy has responded well. However, this time, I had a 4 hour move out cleaning followed up with a 2 hour since I wasn't done in the basement yet. Neither completed the job, especially the second one. When I let them know, I received an email saying customer service is of utmost importance, blah blah, blah, but no response to my request for at least a partial refund. Not even a no. I'm disappointed.

The installers went above and beyond to help us have the perfect fit, including wall and wire management. Incredibly respectful and helpful throughout, love our new TV set up. Thank you!

I won’t lie. The first experience was awful. We rescheduled and left early promise to come back never came back and threw away over $100 of food in the refrigerator. Don’t know if it was a mistake or what happened never received a call. Try to call her and no response !! Handy tried to make it better but having someone come days later and no one came again, I was about to give up , , but the third time was the best it was the charm !! Yaneybis was awesome !! and I guess I’ll stay with Handy
