Its was great !

Person who came to do the job was not professional and ended up doing a very bad job.

Your notification system needs to change so that the Pro has the customer's contact information. There currently is no way for the customer to get notified if your Pro is running late or has some other problem.

Service was okay a bit pricey to hang a sound bar.

Both of them were very friendly & did the job very well.

The installers were very professional, and arrived early which was very much appreciated. They mounted a 75 inch tv like it was the easiest thing to do. Or course I could not have done it. They were in and out of my home in less than 30 minutes. If I need something else done I certainly would ask for them if I could.

Still waiting to find out about my rebooking (you have canceled my appointments twice w no notice in the past week) and an inconvenience fee -usually it’s $10 per incident so you owe me $20 that I can use towards a future booking
