Very positive experience. Cleaning team arrived promptly, cleaned thoroughly, polite, friendly, hard working, took initiative to organize some cluttered areas too. Place is spotless and holiday-ready now, it feels and smells great.

So sweet with my dog!

The man that came to install was so nice! He was patient with my dog to let her sniff him, and then all was well! I even gave him some treats to give her as he left and then she tried to follow him to his van 😂

Finally a good experience.

After a number of disappointing experiences, I decided to give Handy one last shot. Completely different. Darryl was on time, quiet and thorough. He did a great job. I would have him back anytime.

Frequent call offs

Very unreliable service

Handy has rescheduled my pro appointment 3 times in a row. either the pro didn’t turn up or they give very little notice and just email you to automatically reschedule. Very inconvenient when the customer arranges to stay home for the appointment and then they don’t show up.

Poor app, couldn't manage appointments

Despite several attempts my appointments in the app were not accessible for managing them. They took me in a loop. App experience was bad. I tried to register my account with handy but the tv mount service provided by the seller couldn't be managed by me for a reschedule.
