My first experience was a great one

Cancelled once at the last minute and the communication was not good. The tv mount was put up totally crooked

The original service was scheduled for Wednesday, and only 1 of 2 pros showed up. The service was rescheduled by the pros (without consultation) to Saturday (after the original appointment start time), when again only 1 pro showed up. two stars since this time the 1 pro did finish the job in a an acceptable way.

The handyman Handy sent me did a great job painting. It was easy to book and the appointment same day. So easy! I love my new door.

Ayman was very professional and courteous. He got the job done well, efficient and fast. I would definitely recommend him and would use him for any future projects I have in Ever have

Had a 'professional ' 2 weeks ago who was unbelievably inept. He left cracks in my wall where he tried to put the TV up in the wrong place, various holes in the wall where he drilled into the wrong place (none of it cleared up) and ruined my blackout blind by putting it up ineptly. It is ruched up and does not close. Utterly useless. Handy arranged to send someone to assess the issues this morning, except he didn't show up. And I haven't heard a thing from Handy. ONLY AS GOOD AS THE PROFESSIONAL THEY SEND AND IT'S POT LUCK . Company couldn't be less interested in their paying customers. FACELESS U.S. CORPORATION.
